To help RACV Noosa with their recruitment drive, we researched the reasons hospitality staff enjoy working where they do. The resounding answer proved that it wasn’t always about the description or location of the job itself, but the bonds employees form with their colleagues. Inspired by this insight, our content piece explored the genuine fun and camaraderie shared between bar and kitchen staff, guests services and housekeeping, all via a visit from a family.
